Put the following oils onto a hot compress and apply to the lower back :
Rosemary 3 drops + Clove 1 drop + Eucalyptus 1 drop
When the compress becomes cold replace it with another. Do this at least three times a day.
Massage the lower back and into the crevice of the buttocks but not as far as the anus, with :
Peppermint 3 drops + Rosemary 5 drops + Chamomile 2 drops – Diluted in 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
Rest in bed.
