Use steam inhalation. Take a bowl of hot water and put the following oils on top of the water and inhale for at least ten minutes. Keep your eyes closed.
Rosemary 1 drop + Peppermint 2 drops + Tea tree 1 drop
Also rub your chest and back with the following oil :
Tea tree 2 drops + Rosemary 2 drops + Eucalyptus 5 drops + Thyme 1 drop – Diluted in 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
Use the essential oils on tissues also, and inhale when needed.
Use any of the following : rosemary, thyme, eucalyptus, tea tree.
